Is your inquiry about a new case contact support@lytzenit.dk

Is your inquiry about a current and / or updating of a case that established service system should include Ticket ID in the mail. (Ticket-ID consists of “LytzenIT#1234567”)

If you as a customer want to access cases this can be done via our helpdesk (OTRS).

Teamviewer session

In order for our service technicians to view your screen, it is necessary for you to run the program TeamViewer.

Team Viewer is only temporarily installed on your computer. Once you exit the program, our service technicians can no longer see your screen.

If you are in in need of one of our service technicians to make a remote service session via TeamViewer, you can obtain customer support by clicking on the link below. Remember to state your ID and password for support.
